Sketchup pro licence has been used on too many computer

Hi All

i have sketchup pro 2021 Clasic licence ,
i know i must remove it from PC than activate the new PC,
but my issue , my old pc cannot access due hw issue , and show this sketchup pro licence has been used on too many computer

how to reset it , so i can use it again

A Classic license is allowed to be used on two computers. You have two 2021 licenses, and both of them are activated on three computers. You should track down the older PCs that are still working, and remove the license from the PCs that no longer need to use SketchUp. That would free up an activation for the new PC.

If you’re not able to remove either of your licenses from any PC, you can contact support and ask them to modify your license activations. If you do that, and the problem comes up again in the future, Support won’t change the activations a second time. So, it is best if you find an old PC to remove the license and get around the problem that way for now. Only ask Support for help when it’s the only option.

I was hoping you could help me. I recently switched computers and no longer have access to the old one where my SketchUp Pro license was activated. I uninstalled the program before formatting it, but it doesn’t seem to have worked.

On my new computer, I’m getting the message:
“This SketchUp Pro license has been used on too many computers.”

Could you please remove the license associated with the old computers so I can activate it on the new one?

My Maintenance & Support number is: 3065049, registered under the name Talita Sauer.
