SketchUp Pro 2023 No Longer Recognizing License

I’ve been given a Studio Version of SketchUp as a contributor. When I uploaded and tried to start it I got this message,
" We are experiencing technical difficulties
This device is not authorized. Please sign out and sign back in to continue or enter a classic license."

I have a running version of SketchUp 2023 that I just renewed on June 14, 2023. And when I go onto the Trimble License Management Center, I find that both my personal SketchUp Pro 2023 license and the 3DW Contributor Studio Version have ACTIVE licenses.

Regardless, I’m in an endless loop that’s going nowhere fast.

I also downloaded V-Ray for MAC (not the Silicon version), but it can’t start until I can successfully start the SketchUp Pro.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Try to sign out inside SketchUp itself, then sign back in.

That worked perfectly! I thought I had tried that sequence yesterday when I was going around in circles, but apparently, I did not. Never hurts to ask for help. And V-ray is running too. I now have both Podium 2.6 and V-ray running at the same time. It will be interesting to see how they compare. I’m paying for the Podium with another license.

Vray is more complete and makes more realistic renders than Podium, but it also takes longer to do it.

I know V-ray is more complicated. Up another learning curve. Keeps me young. I was so frustrated that I started learning Blender again. I really don’t want to, but it seemed like a necessity. Now that my “new” SU installation is working I’ll put off my “Learning Blender” challenge for a later date.
