Sketchup pro 2020 taking too long to export to CAD

hi my sketchup is taking too long to export to autocad I’ve been waiting for days for my sketchup to be exported & I don’t know what else to do & I’m freaking out sincce the date line is almost there I used HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk1xxx and my laptop processor is Intel(R) Core™ i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59GHz my ram is 8 gb what should I do

2D or 3D export? How big model (total faces/edges/size on disk)? Have you purged it? Have you taken away everything that the export doesn’t need?

2D export it’s pretty big actually for a model I have purge my sketchup I only hide everything that I’m not exporting

Perhaps you could upload the model and some of us could have a look at it…?

Which maintenance version of SU2020 are you running? If not the latest (2020.2…) you could try that.

i’m using the latest version

it says there is an error to upload it

Have you tried to send your view to LayOut and exporting from there?
