I have the email from getting my Sketchup License for year 2020. The problem, due to a complete crash of my PC, is that I cannot use Sketchup 2020 because I don’t have the correct Serial number and Authorization Code. Except I do have what was sent to me with the serial number beginning with a “v”.
I have tried copy Paste of serial number/Auth, I have copied and pasted the entire text, and I have entered it all by hand to no avail.
Can one of you please assist me
