SketchUp Pro 2020 freezes on Mac

Hi,

SInce a few months (from August) I’m using SketchUp Pro 2020 (v 20.1.228) on a Mac pc (v 10.13) but when I’m modelling, suddenly the software freezes and blocks everything, even the whole Mac won’t do anything.
This happens everyday after 30 minutes or 1 hour of modelling.
When I restart SU, the toolbar is gone when I move the mouse.

I’m working with a Classic license and my SU is in German.

Does anybody have the same problems?

Have you tried the newest version (20.2…)?

1 little problem is, I cannot update it, because that option doesn’t appear in the menu above.

You can do it without any menu appearing.
Just download your preferred version here… (you might have to login, I guess)

…and install as you normally do. (I’m not sure how it does on Mac)
