We made the following changes in SU2019 M1:

On Windows, recovered files are now saved here:
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\SketchUp\SketchUp 2019\SketchUp\working\SKETCHUP\RecoveredFiles

On the Mac, recovered files are now saved here:
~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2019/working/SKETCHUP/Recovered Files
