Sketchup Pro 2015 License Problem

We have a network license for Sketchup Pro 2015 that has happily been working fine for years.
Trying to open it today and in the splash screen, it now says Licensed To: SketchUp Pro 2015 User, Expired, where it used to give the staff members name and organisation.
In the license box is says there are too many users on the network, but this is impossible as no-one is able to open it.
Have tried removing license and re-adding it, but just get the same splash screen.
Any ideas?

None of us can help you with license stuff. Best thing is to contact Customer Support or your reseller if you purchased the license that way. One question comes to mind, have you installed and licensed a newer version of SketchUp on the same network? This would be useful information for Customer Support.

It looks like someone was using your license for about 5 hours earlier today. You may want to check with the other users in the office to see who might have been accessing the license. I would also suggest upgrading to SketchUp Pro 2018, you can reach our Sales team Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain time at 1-303-546-1100.
