Sketchup not exporting all models

Having issues with exporting as COLLADA. Once exported, I pull the file into blender where parts are missing and/or not in the right position.

Does the SketchUp model have all the faces correctly oriented, with white facing outwards?

Yes it does. Tried exporting as obj. but then it’s one solid model.

If your SKP model has groups, and they have distinct materials for each one, in Blender, even if you import as OBJ and appears as one object, you can easily separated it into groups.

Select the object > enter Edit mode > Select everything > right click > Separate > By material
