I recently installed my old copy of SketchUp 2017 which I believe is SketchUp Make?
The screen currently reads: SketchUp Pro 2017 (20 days left in TRIAL)
Before I invest too much time with this version - does anybody know what happens at the end of the trial period as my current licence is SketchUp Pro subscription?
SketchUp 2017 Make was released as a 30 day trial of Pro. At the end of the trial the Pro features are disabled and only Make remains.

Can you remember what features are disabled?
I don’t recall a full list, but certainly the solid tools and all but a small set of importers and exporters.

The only reason I have loaded it is to study a plugin called MSPhysics, so do you think that will still work

I never used it, so I can’t say for sure. Hopefully someone who has will chime in. The author stopped updating it in 2017.
It should still work.
Something to know, not for you, but other people dropping by, 2017 was different than most earlier versions. If you downloaded and ran the Pro version, it would stop working after the 30 days. It did not become Make. You needed to have downloaded the Make version. That one could become Pro any time you got around to adding a license.
Looking at your screenshot, there is a chance it is the Pro version, and will stop working after 30 days.
Thank you Colin. I seem to remember downloading this installer just before I purchased my 1st Pro Licence which I think was for 2018. If this does stop working do you think I could just uninstall it, and reinstall it again? Obviously this will soon become clear and I will report back either way.
If it is Pro, it will have stored some information somewhere, and will know that the trial had previously expired.

Thanks for your help earlier in this thread. I have now come to the end of my trial period and as you can see below, it looks as though its the end of the road 
I was just wondering if my old 2018 licence would still be valid, and whether you would have any record of it on your system. I used a different email address back then which I can send you privately if you think it would work.
