- Have you launched the installation SketchUp by right-clicking and “Run as administrator…”?
- Which operating system version do you have? If it is older than Windows 10:
- Have you installed the required version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 14 (mvcr)?
- Have you installed the required version of Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5.2?
