Sketchup make download error

Sketchup make doesn’t download in my PC and gives me this message:
Module C:\program files\sketchup\sketchup2017\thumbsup.dll failed to register . HRESULT-2147024770. contact your support personnel.

It seems you have successfully downloaded SketchUp, but you get an installation error.

  • Have you launched the installation SketchUp by right-clicking and “Run as administrator…”?
  • Which operating system version do you have? If it is older than Windows 10:
    • Have you installed the required version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 14 (mvcr)?
    • Have you installed the required version of Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5.2?
  • Uninstalling and then reinstalling mvcr has helped many users.
  • Have you tried registering the ThumpsUp.dll manually?
  • Have you installed all updates to your operating system?
