The dialogue box of my{shop} HP7740 printer does not function when I open it with Skecthup 2017 make print options. My HP 7610 home printer dialogue box works just fine. Any suggestions or answers? Thank you BDF

You might check to see if the print drivers are up to date. Go to the HP site directly.
