SketchUp Maintenance & Support Expiring Notification


I got the following message:
“Please do not reply to this email. This is an automatically generated email and replies are not monitored.
Your SketchUp Pro Maintenance & Support agreement for the license/s below is going to expire on 2018/05/23 (YYYY/MM/DD). Please renew now to avoid reinstatement fee.
The 1-Year of Upgrade, Maintenance and Support will entitle customers to the following benefits: Upgrades to new major versions of SketchUp Pro when they become available, Maintenance releases and Technical support.”

However, this doesn’t tell me how much this renewal costs. When I went looking for an answer, I couldn’t find a phone # where I can actually speak with someone. Which reminds me that I have never been able to find a # to speak with anyone. So, I would like to know the cost for the renewal and what I should expect from “technical support”. Thank you



Try using the License Manager…

Type in your SketchUp Serial Number and corresponding email address… and you’ll be shown the current state of affairs.

Within the results page are some contact info you can use… including a phone number.
