I have been a Sketchup Pro user for years. My licence (purchased via Trimble) was renewed in March 2024 for 12 months. Today I cannot log into Sketchup.
Not sure what is going on. Who can I contact about his?
did you try to sign out and back in as it’s advising ?
did you also try deauthorizing everything (it’s in your account on sketchup’s website) then out and in again ?
