My sketchup pro license has suddenly stopped working and I can't access my account

I can’t sign in to my sketchup pro account. I paid £235 for an annual license in February 2020. All was working fine yesterday but today my account shows I don’t have a license.
I have an invoice from trimble and proof of payment but the trimble account does not list Pro in my products. This is really not great as we are a professional company and use sketchup to produce construction drawings meaning I can’t get work done. Please help!

Have you tried logging out and then logging back in again?
