Sketchup insist on Integral Graphic card

I have a laptop with 2 Graphic cards.
1- Integral intel card
2- RTX 2070 card

I work with Sketchup 2022 for a long time, and everything was fine.
In Preference of course I choose the 2070 Graphic card.
Recently I have been experiencing problems with the behavior of Sketchup:
For instance black screens, flashing, crashing …
I have made a Sketchup checkup, and was surprised to find out in the results of the check, that in spite of my 2070 choosing, yet Sketchup use the Integral card.
I have checked definitions in windows outside of sketchup, to be sure that everything defined on 2070. I have tried Graphic cards update. I have tried reinstall and install Sketchup. I have tried with/without fast feedback. I have tried restart and launch again. Nothing helps. Sketchup keeps insist on Integral graphic card.
And by the way, using 2024 has same behavior.
What can I else do?
I will appreciate your help
Thanks
Rachel

Have you updated the graphics card driver from Nvidia? (Not windows)

In 2024 did you try turning off the experimental engine and use the classic engine?

Since you have been using 2022 without issue and 2022 hasn’t seen any updates - something must have change outside of SketchUp on your machine.

Is it possible to force laptop to use 2070 graphic card?

It’s been too long since I’ve used PC, so I don’t remember how to do it, but I do believe it is possible.

Have you set the properties in the Nvidia control panel?
