as soon as I open a file, doesn’t matter whether it’s a new file or existing file, SketchUp freezes. I tried downloading it again and re-entering the license, but nothing seems to work. When I try to open the file, and the program freezes, I can only close the application with ending the task in the task manager. Does anyone know a fix to this problem?

What monitors do you have connected? Does the problem still happen if you run with only one monitor?
