my problem is that Sketchup for Web only works on my Ipad with mouse or touchpad, and it’s not working with fingertips any more
When I’m in a house and measure the place to draw a floor plan on my iPad, I can’t always use my iPad with a mouse or touchpad. It should work with fingertips, too.
Do you know anything about this problem, are there any plans to return to manual control, perhaps knowing when the iPad version will arrive?

Yeah I’ve only messed with it a bit but so far it works well with the pencil and or a mouse.
It has it’s shortcomings but Sketchup’s main tools are all there and some new tools, that make a lot of sense in the iPad are being added excusively to it.
It still lacks polish in a lot of aspects but you can already do so much with it.
Oh I can’t ever see it replacing my desktop experience but it’d be great to take on site or to use during a meeting.
Going back to your question about SketchUp for Web on iPad, sometimes Chrome does better than Safari.
