SketchUp for School - 'Are you in the right place?'

We recently deployed SketchUp for Schools but students/teachers are currently unable to access, as it asks them ‘are you in the right place’?

Could we please have our email domains (@cola.org.uk) whitelisted?

@masonpg I’ve added you to our whitelist so you should now be able to access SketchUp for Schools from that domain. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

@Steve_Ketchup Hi Steve, does this include subdomains? If not, could you please also whitelist shoreditch.cola.org.uk? It doesn’t seem to be working for them.

@masonpg I belive Google manages permissions based on subdomain so I have added shoreditch.cola.org.uk to our whitelist. Please let me know if you run into any additional issues.

Hello Again

Been trying every possible step since and instructions since Friday. Is there a procedure to get and educational Domain whitelisted. Google confirm its down as educational. Been using it for a long time but really don’t know who to talk to. All pupils can’t open their projects saved in drive. Sorry to bother

@Santiago_Tovar What is the school domain that you are using? If you have previously saved projects in either your Google or One Drive accounts, they should still exist in those accounts.

I have the same problem. Can you add @ogr.gelisim.edu.tr to your whitelist too? I can’t access to your services.
