They are 2023 files, which are a compressed archive anyway. Zip compressing a good condition SKP should only make the file slightly smaller. It’s possible that a bad SKP has zeros in it that SketchUp had not yet compressed, then the zip file would be a lot smaller.
In this case neither file have zeros in them. I’m still trying options.
