Hi we have been using sketchup education with our Google Workspace for over a year with no poblem. But a couple days ago we just get the following message when trying to sign in with google:
We use Chrome, it is the latest version, and popups and cookies are allowed from edu.sketchup.com I also checked that the api access has been granted with “trusted”. I have run out of things that I can think to check, is anyone able to help please?
Hi @j.lyle thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with SketchUp for Schools. I am happy to work with you to help restore access to the app and we can get started right now.
The first thing I am going to check is that we do not have a firewall issue on our end. To do this I need a few things from you. I normally would also ask how you are deploying the app but you already mentioned that so we can skip that question. Next, I need verification if you are a k-12 school or higher education. Just a short post in the reply answering what one you are is all we need. I also need to know your domain so I can verify it is in our database of domains. Once I have all of that I can verify you are added correctly to the database.
Hopefully that is all we need to do, but if we need to continue troubleshooting I have a few more things we can try.
