sketchup is crashing all the time even if i’m not doing nothing

If it is generating Bug Splats, you should fill in the contact info and description of what you were doing and then click the button that submits them to Trimble.
Window > Preferences > OpenGL
Disable Hardware acceleration and try again.
Update Graphics Driver, etc.
