SketchUp crashes with Keyshot plugin during updating geometry while real-time rendering is in the "Pause" status

Hi! Please, look at this screenshot of my conversation with Keyshot support. I’m using the last version of SU Pro and Keyshot. Looks like this problem could be fixed by Trimble but not by Luxion.

This is not a big problem in fact but sometimes it makes nervous.

@colin

Does a bugsplat happen, and did you submit one? If you haven’t make it go wrong again, and let me know what the bugsplat report number is.

I’m not that good at reading debug output text, but maybe someone else can say whether these lines are suggesting that Keyshot is the thing trying to read the wrong part of memory:

Hi! As I previously said here is an answer from Luxion support team that the problem is on your side. But I see that nothing is going to be changed. Could you please say why? For example, if I do the same with 3ds max + keyshot plugin and push pause button in keyshot viewport and try to update the scene by pressing render button in 3ds max keyshot’s plugin I’ll only see the notification but it’ll not make a crash of the application.

I have sent your crash report files to one of the developers, so he can see if there is something that can be done in SketchUp to prevent the crash.
