You could edit the paths for the items in red. Or you could edit the PrivatePreferences.json file, in the “File Locations”: { section. Some of the entries in there are pointing to another user.
If you can easily rebuild your tool layout, deleting PrivatePreferences.json and reopening SketchUp should reset the paths to good values.

Thanks a lot. I didn’t know which file I had to edit or delete.
I used to point to a preference.dat to file to rebuild all the associate files.

I don’t have the opportunity to edit the paths, Sketchup crashes every time…It shouldn’t happen for something like this.
Open File Explorer and navigate to your User AppData directory. This is normally hidden so you may need to make hidden folders visisble. Under AppData/Local/ follow the path as shown below.
Open Private Preferences.json. Find the section for File Locations and delete all that text. Save the changes and close the file. Restart SketchUp.
