i’m trying to run SketchupCheckup for testing my hardware compatibility with Sketchup2017
here is the result :cry:

no "SketchUpLog.sulog” file nowere on my desktop

help…

This will produce a Windows Error Reporting report.

See this post, but you’ll be looking for reports that have “Checkup” in the folder name, instead of SketchUp. (I will bet the problem will be with your OpenGL driver library.)

This (ig75icd64.dll) is the OpenGL library for your driver suite.

Remember I said:

Intel HD graphics driver version 10.18.10.3412 is already known to have OpenGL issues.
(There are quite a few topic threads here in the forums already!)

As I said above (and in numerous other topics,)
You will need to update your graphics driver to version 10.18.10.4061 or higher.

it seems difficult to activate the nvidia GPU on my laptop
i updated the graphic driver on the NVidia website

when i launch “Nvidia control panel” i get this error message


telling i have no screen connected to the nvidia GPU… it makes me sad… i did a few research on the web, some people had the same problem, visibly solved by modifying some parameters in the BIOS. But in my BIOS a saw absolutely nothing about graphics… so i’m blocked. i guess i have not enough skill for getting out of this problem, i will probably bring my laptop to a seller for diagnostic. it will take several days because as it is my main computer, i can’t have it blocked easyly, so i will comme back when this is solved.

other problem, since i updated the nvidia driver, i can not use my secondary screen any more ( no signal )
