I’m trying to get access to the SketchUp & LayOut C SDK for macOS, but the official page currently says it’s not available for public download, and the “request access” form doesn’t seem to be working.
I’m currently blocked on a project that requires programmatic .skp processing, so I’m trying to find a way forward. If anyone has managed to obtain a recent macOS version of the SDK, I’d really appreciate any help or pointers (happy to continue the conversation privately if needed).
Hello,
I can confirm that the C SDK is currently down for maintenance right now. We are also implementing a short form so that people can officially request access to the SDK. This is a small change in process so that we can understand more about who is using the C SDK and how they are using it. This will then help guide us in the features we are able to support the community with.
Apologies for any “bugs” in the form right now, I hope the team will have these rectified soon.
In the meantime, is it possible to download a recent version of the SDK from somewhere else? (If not, we are unable to update our application to support a newer Sketchup version.)
I share the same question as Pelle. Would you happen to know if there are any available links to download previous versions of the SDK?
I’m trying to set up a new machine to continue an automation project I was working on, but now I’m unable to, and I don’t have the zip with the headers and binaries for Mac.
