i have been having troubles with bugsplat
before even starting the sketchup
bugsplat dialogue box appears
i have like reinstalled 5 to 8 times
did try to fix it
but couldnt

You haven’t given us much info to go on, either in your post or in your profile. You have described a problem with crashing but every user experiences those from time to time and for a wide variety of reasons.
For starters, what version of Windows? Which version of SU Pro? Which Intel graphics card?
When you say you get a bugsplat before even starting SU, how does that happen? It’s a bit like saying your car crashed into a tree before even starting the engine.
