crashing while choosing templates/opening models - so simply i cant work
i reinstalled several time windows and didnt touch any drivers - only skp has some problems
funny enough once after clicking random template i had a sussesful try with working in model but after saving and closing app - it doesnt launch again (note: urban template millimetres dissapeared and doesnt show up)

im so tired because im trying to solve it for a week minimum…please help…my drivers cant be outdated because other apps are working fine (they need more requirements)

do you have a link to sketchup 32 bit 2022?

There hasn’t been a 32-bit version of SketchUp for years.

Have you been sending in the Bug Splat reports with something to identify they came from you?

Try repairing the installation of SketchUp. Find the downloaded installer, right click on it, choose Run as administrator, click Repair.

and i already tried your method - doesnt work (also i noted one thing about templates - maybe that crashes skp?)

The crash seems to have something to do with graphics drivers. Is there a reason you are using 2022 and not 2023?

in 2023 skp copy and paste didnt work well (when i copied objects from one file to another) + another some bugs , so i decided to stick with 2022

i can try to install 2023 and check

but why once it launched okay? i chose urban planning mms templates - and now i cant choose it

The copy and paste issues, and several other things, were fixed in 23.1.3. You could give that a try again.

It’s possible you made your own millimetres template. Urban planning usually only has Feet and Metres.

Can you choose another then?

You should go to the Nvidia website and download and install the newest graphics driver for your graphics card.
You might also consider repairing your SketchUp installation. Locate your downloaded installer file. Right-click on it and select Run as Administrator from the context menu. Select Repair when the install options dialog opens.

nah, whatever template i use - it crashes ( and i didnt create any special templates so it was bizarre) ill try to check 2023 skp and then again fix drivers but i updated them not a long time ago and still skp hasnt been fixed for weeks

The latest Nvidia driver was released a week ago.
