I installed Sketchup 2018 and installed VRay2019 for one of my users.
Everytime she tries to use VRay it freezes Sketchup and she has to close and start over.
She is using Windows 10 pro and has an Nvidia quatro K1200 graphics card.
Computer is a Dell optiplex with 16gb of ram.
Has anyone else encountered this and if so how do you fix?
The next question would be, did you install SketchUp and Vray correctly? That is, did you right click on their installers and choose Run as administrator while logged in under the user’s Windows login?
What exactly does that mean? Did you log in as the system admin or did you log in under the user’s login? Did you right click on the installer and select Run as administrator? Or did you do something else?
Since this seems to be a Vray issue, did you also try contacting Chaos Group’s customer support?
