Sketchup Add Location - No Blue Pins

I tried to use the geo location function in Sketchup 2015 today to add a location but when I clicked ‘Select Region’ the blue markers didn’t appear. I have tried closing Sketchup and trying again multiple times and restarted my PC but it still doesn’t work.

Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Every computer in our office is experiencing the same error. Per another thread, I tried clearing the cookies/cache without success. Any ideas?

Problem Geolocating Model

I would jump on a hot fix in an instant if I could reproduce your error. The error is likely in your network and cache somewhere. I can give you some tips on how I try to repro these things, but unless we see the error, we can’t fix it. First, open IE and go to the url https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/addLocation.html.
