SketchUp 2025 crashes with BugSplat when opening my model

Hello everyone, I’m having a problem with a SketchUp 2025 model. The file was working perfectly yesterday. I saved it normally, waited until SketchUp finished saving, and closed the program as usual.

Today, when I tried to open it, SketchUp immediately crashes with a BugSplat. Here is what I’ve already tried: - Opening the .skp file. - Opening the .skb backup file. - Looking for an AutoSave file (none exists). - Restarting the computer. - SketchUp opens every other model normally.

The file size is about 600 MB and still has the expected size, so I don’t think it was truncated. Could someone please download the model from the Google Drive link below and check if it can be recovered?

The model you posted opens ok for me in 2025 and 2026. You seem to be using the first version of SketchUp 2025. Is there a reason you can’t use a later version of 2025, or try 2026?

Your profile says you have a Classic license for SketchUp 2025. Does that mean you are using a cr acked version?

I was able to open your file in SU 2026.
