Sketchup 2025 / 2024 license issues...?

Hi. Since installing 2025 yesterday I’m having license issues or technical issues and can’t open Sketchup 2024 and am getting this screen when starting 2024:

2025 is fun but I don’t have it fully going yet and still need to use 2024 for projects. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I think you can

  1. Log into your Trimble Account
  2. Click on the following

6. Click on Manage Devices

7. Click on Deauthorize All

Then in Sketchup, sign out, and sign back in… that usually works for me.

Thanks for the detailed info. I did do that last night in order to get 2025 working but now 2024 doesn’t work. Is it that I can’t have both versions open at the same time? That’s annoying if that’s true… but I seem to remember this happening last year too. If so, what’s the point of doing this to us?

Same problem here. I have seen this with our IT provider and with our skecthup subscription provider and they did’nt find out what is happening. I installed 2025 and then none of 2024 or 2025 run anymore. I have tried to create a new Trimble profile with anothe email and activate the subscrition there and 2024 works perfecly , until i tried to install 2025. Then, same problem.

My sketchup provider sent the issue to Trimble friday. Still waiting. I`ll write back if they find the solution…
