Hello friends, I have just installed SketchUp 2024 and the plug-ins I have installed in the 2023 version did not make their way to the 2024 version. This also includes Thea rendering and I do not know how to bring it into 2023 now.
Did I do anything wrong during the installation?
No. Well not as far as the extensions, anyway. Each major version of SketchUp installas as a separate program. You’ll need to install your extensions in SketchUp 2024. Go to their sources and get the latest versions of the extensions so you ensure you’re getting the ones updated to work in SketchUp 2024.
Before you do that, make sure you have correctly installed SketchUp 2024. That requires right clicking on the downloaded installer and choosing Run as administrator. If you didn’t do that, close SketchUp, find the installer, right click on it, choose Run as administrator and then Repair.
