New update, lots of my files are crashing with me carrying out basic action, ie move a simple cube and placing it, and it will crash, bug fix please asap!

Would be nice to tell us a little more detail of your hardware and software version. The new SU 2024 have a certain requirements (different than for the SU2019, as in your forum profile) especially if you are using the new graphics engine.
I’m not a “Mac man”, but others may can give advise based on your current “environment”.
What version of macOS are you running (please update your forum profile). There are known issues between Sonoma and pre- 2023 versions of SketchUp due to changes Apple made to the OS.

I do have an EGPU, but I do not use it on my MacBook environment
As a minimum, update to Sonoma 14.4.1. Apple fixed some things in that version that improve stability of SketchUp. I know that fixes some crashes in SU 2024 and I think maybe 2023, but not certain about older versions.
