Everytime I try and choose a new color from the paint bucket my program crashes. Yes, I did create my model in 2023 and I even went as far as to erase all sketchup programs from my computer and reuploaded just 2023. I restarted everything, did a clean sweep with CLEAN MY MAC and I made sure all of my software is up to date. This is driving me nuts and I have to turn this into work tomorrow.
What do I need to do?
It’s a known issue.
I have the same problem. If you use Time Machine you can try to go back before update Mac.
For what it’s worth I have been using Make 2017 for a couple of years without issue until a recent Mac upgrade, and I now get regular crashes on the odd occasion I use the paintbucket. It is not really an issue for me as I usually model in monochrome - something I got from watching the guys at Trimble on Friday (nights for me in the UK) afternoons.
I am using 2023Ver on a MacBook Pro M3 max (OS 14.31),
It crashes without fail.
I really hope this problem will be solved in 2024Ver・・・・・・
