I downloaded and installed SU2023 yesterday and it opened in the trial mode, no problem, I then went and paid for my year subscription which went thru and when I check my account says it is active. But SU does not load, I get a screen which tells me there are technical difficulties, to log out and log back in again or to load a Classic Licence?
I found the problem, I loaded SU 2022 OK, I need to pay for another year to get 2023 because I was upgrading from 2021
The SketchUp Pro subscription that you renewed will let you use any version of SketchUp, from 2019 to 2023. You don’t need to pay for another year to be able to change from 2021 to 2023. It looks ok though, I think you only made one payment.
