SketchUp 2017 crashing..Can anyone help me!

Hello

I am having trouble with my sketchup pro 2017. I run it on a Macbook pro with the latest OX S El Capitan, and use a ‘NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB’ graphics card. I am a bit clueless with technology and just know the basics…

But my sketchup keeps crashing and freezing all the time when working on a project. I don’t understand why it keeps doing this, i thought it was because it needed updating from SU 2016 but the problem keeps happening. Never had this before and worried it could be a problem with my file but i am not in a position where i have time to redo it.

Can anyone help??? :frowning:

Having the same issue here. It simply crahses. no Freezing. In search for a solution.

MacOS 10.12.4
Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB

PM me info on how I can find your crashes (email, name, comments…) and I’ll find them.

Any (old) plugins/extensions maybe copied form an old SU program installation?

Do you use the extended macOS file system with support for case-sensitive file names?
