Please help!
I’ve purchases a new computer and tried to deactivate my 2015 license on the old machine but nothing happens.
I have the old 2015 sketchup installer,S/N and AuthKey which I have installed on the new machine but i cant activate it, when i click on activate nothing happens there either.
Any ideas?
