Moving sketchup to a new computer can't activate on new machine

How can i get a crashed computer to deactivate, and where do i find the license that i have purchase serial number?

Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2024. If that’s true there is no serial number. You sign in with the email address and the password you used when you purchased the subscription.

Correctly install SketchUp 2024 on your new computer, open the application, sign in with your email address and password.

Note, on Windows, correctly installing SketchUp requires you to right click on the installer and choose Run as administrator from the context menu.

I checked, and I think you don’t have any Classic licenses, so what Dave says is the case. It is of course difficult to sign out of a machine that is crashing, so instead you could go to this page:

Choose My Products, then under the SketchUp Pro entry click on Show Included Applications. In the SketchUp Pro box click on Manage Devices, and then on Deauthorize All. That should sign out your crashing computer, and free up the activation to use on another computer.

On the new computer you would want to sign out from inside SketchUp, then sign in again. Then it should activate ok.
