Anyone using Sketch up to draw reception desk then send drawings to Cabinet vision to process out.
We have a worker that says he use to get sketch up files to where he could screen to machine the parts in cabinet vision. Everything I have seen says you just get a static drawing of parts and no programing. Cabinet vision says you cant. you can bring in the part and trace over it. Has anybody here successfully been able to do this?
That seems kind of specific.
I don’t have any use for Cabinet Vision but I would expect you should be able to import .dxf files that you’ve exported from SketchUp. You should look at CABINET VISION | Hexagon and search for ‘import’. I think you’ll find some useful info there.
