Sketch Up Pro not responding

Have you installed it on a work computer? Do they have this computer locked down in a way that prevents you from installing the software correctly?

Yes I am using a work laptop, and no I do not think so

I have been met with the same error message as when I did the sharedpreferences file, ie there is nothing under “file locations”

You might want to check with your employer.

I think this is a good indication that SketchUp was not installed correctly.
