Your profile say SU Make but doesn’t say which version. Were you running an older version of SU OK and there’s a problem with a new install?
When you first installed SU, did you first r-click on the installer and choose Run as administrator?
did your ‘pro’ trial run out and you think re-downloading would re-start another free trial?
