when try to open ketchup 2025 it says 'WE ARE EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES
That can happen if you’re trying to sign in to SketchUp while there is already another copy of SketchUp open in the background. Check to see if that’s the case, and if it is, go to each copy of SketchUp that is open, and sign out, then quit. After that, open the one you want to use, and do another sign out, sign in, and it ought to work.
Did not work. Still saying “we are experiencing technical difficulty”
Any reason you cannot try 2026 and see if it poses the same problem?

I downloaded 2026. Seems to be working. Strange occurrence.
I had the experiencing technical difficulties problem with a different combination. In my case I was successfully signed in with one copy of SketchUp in the background, but using a different email address than the foreground SketchUp I was trying to use. Signing into the same email seemed to fix things. I will try to test that more.
