I was working on the file and suddenly the model dissapeared from the file.
This is the last version and have and can’t open it, sketchup says ‘we are a experiencing a technical problem’ and asks me to log in again, what a did with no different result.
The file opened fine for me. Make sure you have the latest release of SketchUp 2025. There are some components at a huge distance from the rest of the model. I selected and deleted them. I also fixed incorrect tag usage. You should be keeping ALL edges and faces untagged.
Do you have a SketchUp for Higher Education license?
If it’s a case of being unable to sign into SketchUp, open File Explorer and in the settings, make Hidden Folders visible. Then go to your user/AppData/RoamingSketchUp/SketchUp 2025 and delete login_session.dat. Then do a cold reboot of your computer and after restarting, open SketchUp and sign in.
