Signing in to 2021 pro

I cannot sign into my account even though it says my account
is activated

What is the error message you get?

Sign into this page:

Select Members, and then make sure you’re on a SketchUp Pro that is active (you may see expired ones). Look for a +Assign button, and click on that to add yourself as the user for the subscription.

At the moment I can see that it isn’t assigned.
