Shape issue after Subtracting

Hi. How can I fix the issues in this shape?
I created it by subtractions of 4 same shape as it that surround it.
After subtraction I got this Sketchup “Don’t panic” notification and then the shape got issues,
Can anybody tell me what was wrong with the original shapes that made this issue in the resulted shape? and How can I fix the issues in this shape?
Attached Sketchup files -
1.The shapes before subtraction.
2. The result shape with issues after subtracting.
And some reference screenshots.

Thanks in advance.

Most likely it’s due to very tiny edges being created during the Subtraction routine. Scale the model up by 1000 or use the Dave Method to avoid the tiny face issue.

What version of SketchUp are you using? Your profile is confusing. It says “SketchUp Free (web) pro”.

Thank you for your quick response.
I scaled it by 1000, then subtracted but still the result shape has issues.
So, to my other question, How can I fix those surface holes in the shape? Attached the result shape near the 5 origin shapes I subtracted.
(I’m using Sketchup Pro 2020, I couldn’t find a way to change it in my profile…)
scaledup subtract and scale down by 1000.skp (1.5 MB)

Using the Dave Method. Make a component, scale up a copy of component, edit scaled version.
