Hello, I’m trying to enable SketchUp for my school, but keep getting a message that seems to imply I’m not using an eductaion account. I followed the instructions (I think), I’ve also included a screen shot that shows the app is installed on my domain… any ideas where to start?
Just a follow up, I found the Trimble dashboard, which lets me add a user, but can’t add product access. Trying to login with my test student account and I get the same error message asking me if I’m in the right place…
