Search not working

hi.i have sketchup pro 16. so if i search anything on the 3d warehouse nothing comes up. i get a blank page.pls pls help.
i tried updating my IE.still not wrking.

Can you access the 3D Warehouse directly from your browser?

Did you try clearing the caches for IE?

yes i have removed the caches. its still not working.
but it does work normally through chrome.
do u think the problem is coz its ie8?

And for future reference, SketchUp 2017 uses embedded Chromium, so you wont have to update IE or Safari for 2017.
