Scale Tool - Hidden Scale Plane grips are visible

Hi.,
Attached here with the model. Even after hiding the scales (except X,Y,Z) in the scale tool, the grips are visible, when we scale. Any solution.

I exploded the top level component and converted the group to a component.

Understood, that scale tool have effect on the component not on the groups.
