I am using sketchup make. when i export the 2D image in JPEG format or other format, saved files is not a colored image. its a black and white image. could you please suggest me how can i save the colored image?

Hello. You are most probably viewing your model in Hidden Line style, which basically gives black on white drafting look.
If this is the case, you should simply change your style from the Styles panel. Also make sure View > Face Style > Hidden Line is not checked (choose Shaded with Texture or Colour).
Furthermore, if you model is not textured, it will appear with the default colours.
Make sure you have materials applied to faces.
